Customs & Import Charges
All orders are shipped from the UK and you may have to pay custom fees and import duties once your parcel reaches the country you live in.
You the customer, are responsible for any import duties, customs and local sales taxes, and you will need to pay these fees to release your order from customs. We don’t have any control over customs and import tax and we are unable to tell you exactly how much you will be charged.
Any orders with a value above the threshold amount for your country, will be charged import fees, and we recommend contacting your local customs office for more information price to placing your order.

ALL EU SHIPPING FROM ATOMIC KNITTING WEBSITE IS SUSPENDED FOLLOWING NEW VAT REGULATIONS FROM 1st JUNE 2021
EU Customers - Due to changes in VAT legislation, we are unable to process EU orders via this website. This is because there is no easy mechanism to collect and pay VAT in every EU country without incurring huge costs to Atomic Knitting.
ALL EU orders will now process through ETSY marketplace for EU customers. This means that VAT will be paid by ETSY at the point of sale. There may still be customs and duties charges, but there should not be VAT when you receive your order!
