Studio Opening Times
Our studio and office hours are as follows:
Monday - Thursday - 10am - 2pm
Friday, Saturday & Sunday - closed
Please kindly note that our premises are not open to the public at this time. Orders are dispatched daily and always within 48 hours.
Please note that Social Media direct messages (DMs) are unmonitored and are not the best way to contact Atomic Knitting!
Payment & Checkout Issues
If you should encounter problems completing checkout, please do email us details of your order (together with details any website issue). We don't always know there is a problem unless we are told. If we can't fix it, we will create an invoice and payment details that will be sent to your email address to complete the order process.
