Atomic Knitting is operated by Emma Phillips and is based in the UK. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using our site, you agree to comply with these terms. To use some of the services or features made available to you on this Site, you will need to register. We may change registration requirements from time to time. When you register, you are required to provide information about yourself that is true, accurate, current and complete in all respects. Should any of your registration information change, please notify us.
2. Product Descriptions
We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate. However, we do not guarantee that all product details are complete or error-free. If a product is misrepresented or described inaccurately, we reserve the right to correct the information at any time. Due to different light and monitor settings the colour can vary slightly and all photos are enlarged for detail purposes. Measurements are given to the best of our knowledge. All pieces are handcrafted and variations should be expected.
3. Orders and Payments
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are listed in GBP (£) and may change at any time. Payment is processed securely through our payment providers Paypal, Barclaycard and Stripe. By placing an order, you confirm that you are the authorized holder of the payment method used. Prices and availability of goods is subject to change without notice. This means that the price confirmed after placing the order may be different to that charged at delivery. Every effort is made to ensure that this will not happen - please refer to our returns policy above. A delivery charge will be added to your order value where appropriate.
4. Shipping and Delivery
We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 2-3 working days. Wholesale, Advent and Custom Orders take longer and you will be notified of process and dispatch times prior to placing the order. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. Atomic Knitting is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.
5. Returns and Refunds
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you wish to return an item, please contact us within 14 days of receipt. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Custom, Wholesale, Advent or personalised items are non-refundable. Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receiving the returned item. Our return address is below.
