Your Orders Are Making a Difference: Our Ecologi Impact Update

At Atomic Knitting, we believe that small actions add up.

That's why we donate 1% of our profits to environmental projects through Ecologi. Every stitch marker, row counter, Portuguese knitting pin, and knitting notion purchased helps support projects around the world that are working to restore habitats, plant trees, and reduce carbon emissions.

Our Impact So Far

Since July 2023, together we've helped fund:

 300 trees planted

 11 tonnes of carbon emissions avoided

 1 tonne of carbon removed from the atmosphere

 6 square metres of habitat restoration funded

These contributions have supported a variety of projects across the globe, including:

• Native tree planting through global reforestation initiatives
• Wildflower and wildlife habitat restoration in the UK
• Peatland restoration projects
• Mangrove restoration in Pakistan
• Renewable energy generation in Brazil
• Fuel-efficient cookstove projects in Uganda
• Biodiversity protection projects in Peru and Colombia
